16 to 23 November 2003
dad and younger bro sent us off at the airport !
walked a longlonglong way to the lounge cos my mom had to act smart and lead the way :P
had breakfast there ! :)
love the laksa & the sandwhiches ! -grinns.
boarded the plane at 1040
sat with my sis while my bro sat with my mom.
the air stewardes[?] kept serving us drinks and pretzers ! :)
think they were really nicee !
plus the two of them serving us were damn pretty ! :D
reached chengdu at 1540, waited fer zhengyi[the china scholar, my mom adpoted] & her mom, walked to the domestic airport, then took another plane to shanghai.
reached shanghai at ard 2130 ?
cabbed to my cousin's apartment cos he had an extra room ! :)
went to my bro's tutor's haus the next day !
its nice and beeg ! :)
had lunch there, then my bro's tutor's parents brought us out to SHOP !
they're really nicee ! -nodds.
my bro bought this panda bear soft toy which he liked alot ! hahhas.
think he's very cutee !
he sleeps with soft toys at night !
and no one is allowed to touch them ! lols.
had dinner at this really nice restaurant after that !
my cousin and bro's tutor joined in too ! :)
the food was GOOD ! -grinns.
cousin's staff brought us out the next day !
she's really niceee !! :D
bought LOTS of stufffs !! :))
had funn watching her bargain with the shop owner !
cos it was funny ! x)
had noodles fer lunch at ard 1730, then cabbed back to the apartment.
left the haus after we bathed to accompany my cousin fer dinner though we ended up eating too ! x)
walked to the salon to wash our hair after that !
straightened my hair fer the fun of it too since its very puffy when i let it down :|
and thinned it since my hair's thick ! :\
walked back to the apartment at ard 2200.
watched teevee, then slept ! :)
went to wuxi the next day !
that was one boring day ! :|
didnt feel good that day too !
vomited at night.
had a slight fever.
slept early.
packed up, since we were gna leave fer chengdu at ard 1630.
walked to the salon to wash our hair again.
straightened my hair again while my bro cut his ! :)
think my bro's hair's really nicee now ! -grinns.
mom sis & i did manicure fer funn too ! :)
flew back to chengdu the next day !
two hours plane ride.
reached at ard 2115.
zhengyi's mom was there waiting fer us !
think she's really niceee ! :))
we sat this car to the hotel and she paid fer the fare !
like how nice is that ?
the hotel room's quite beeg cos its a suite
one living room and two bed room ! :)
went shopping the next day without zhengyi cos she had stomach ache.
bought ALOT of stuffs as usual ! :D
and we bought winnie the pooh towel ! -broad grinn.
had lunch at some stall which sells nice food ! :)
and zhengyi's mom paid fer everything AGAIN.
took bus to some beegbeeeg supermarket after that.
there was alot of people there, so didnt spend much time there !
took bus back to the hotel, bathed, slept then went over to her haus fer dinner which was great ! :))
stayed there till ard 2200 watching teevee & talking.
cabbed back to the hotel.
watched teevee with my bro, then he fell asleep, so ended up watching alone.
went back to the room i shared with my sis, and continued watching the show on the lying on the bed, while he went back to the room he shared with my mom to sleep.
had a hard time trying to sleep cos i slept in the afternoon.
kept waking up in the middle of the night ! raa !
went to the san1 guo2 yan1 yi4 place the next day.
wasnt that bad ! :)
had lunch, which was paid by zhengyi's mom AGAIN
then took bus to chengdu university, where zhengyi's mom teaches english !
the university there is damn beeg !
think only walked 1/6 of the whole thing !
used the comp there fer ard half an hour, then took bus to some restaurant where zhengyi's uncle & aunty were waiting fer us to have dinner.
the food there was scrumptious !
ate so much ! x)
cabbed back to the hotel after that !
watched teevee till twelve, then slept ! :)
packed our stuffs the next day, then decided to go down, and see what we cld get at the nearby stores.
bought a winter coat fer zhengyi.
had lunch at one of the stores, which sells delicious food ! :)
then rushed back to the hotel cos we had to check out.
zhengyi & her mom came over again.
passed her the coat ! :)
hope she liked it ! :)
cabbed to the airport, then waited fer our turn to check-in the luggages and stuffs.
went to the lounge.
there wasnt proper food there.
as in they gave us one plate of sweets and biscuit, no noodles and stuffs. hehhs.
there wasnt the tunnel thing to get into the plane, so we had to take the bus then walk up to the plane.
think the air stewardes were equally nicee ! :)
esp cindy smth ! :D
she's pretty and her perfume is damn nicee ! hahhas.
she kept asking if we wanted drinks and kept 'dear'-ing ! :D
moved to the front seats to play cards with my bro since both of us were bored !
had funn ! :)
arrived at sin at ard 2115.
went to the perfume & cosmetic shop cos we wanted to buy the estee lauder beyong paradise perfume which cost $114 !!
the bottle is damn nicee can !!
dad said he'd get it fer us when he goes overseas, soon.
cos the inflight one is MUCH cheaper ! :)
